This is my second in a series of paintings of Catalina Island. I started with Descanso Beach because I
thought it was a prettier beach than the beach at Avalon. However, the next painting in the series will be over there, on the other side of the 'Casino'. My husband and I came here
for an anniversary trip and we had a nice time. There is a really cool bar and grill right on the beach.
Real nice atmosphere for a lunch.
