'CATALINA CASINO'

 

This is my third in a series of paintings of Catalina Island. I had started with Descanso Beach, but with this painting, not only did I move to the other side of the Casino, but I changed my style just a little. I really like the results. I enjoyed working with the brushstrokes to make the feel of the branches on the small trees in the forground. And also, I wanted to make this one a little more colorful. I just may paint just one more of Catalina.
