Lake Powell is fed by the Colorado River and is located on the North end of Arizona, about a hundred or so miles before the Colorado winds into the Grand Canyon. My husband and I were camping at this location, right next to this Tamarisk Tree. You may notice when you go back to the Originals Page that I have painted another picture of just the zoomed in area of the Tamarisk Tree.
I was really taken in by this tree. As you can see, it is quite unique looking.
